Biography

Hi! My name is Sue Nelson --- the LAP teacher at Elm Street School. I have been teaching this Learning Assistance Program for 15 years and can't imagine being in any other classroom. I am fortunate enough to witness steps of student success every single day. What a rewarding career!
I was born and raised in Medicine Hat and have only been away long enough to obtain my degree at the University of Lethbridge. I am a 3rd generation teacher, following in my mother and grandmother's foot steps.
